At 1000.one, all pieces are crafted with the highest attention to quality, design, and detail. Due to the exclusive and made-to-order nature of our collections, we do not accept returns or issue refunds unless the item received is seriously faulty or damaged due to an error on our end.

If you believe there is a fault or damage, you must notify us within 12 hours of delivery by contacting us at +971 50 262 096, including:

• Your order number

• Clear photos of the issue

• A brief description of the concern

Please note:

• Requests submitted after the 12-hour window will not be eligible for return or refund.

• Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging for us to assess the concern.

• Approved returns will be eligible for a replacement or store credit, at our discretion.
